What exactly am I purchasing?
 
The purchase will provide you with official ownership of your own personal plot of land in Eretz Yisrael.  The plot will be registered with the national land registry.  This represents a monetary investment that is not only practical but equally spiritual, nationalistic and religious.  It is an acquisition that is both of personal significance for you the owner, while allowing you to contribute to the collective growth of the land of Israel. Where exactly is this land located?
 
The land is located in the northern part of Israel by the Sea of Galilee, right near the village of Yavne'el.
 
Is the land located within the Green Line?
 
Yes, it is located in an area that has not been disputed as belonging to Israel in any prior negotiations.
 
Is it possible to purchase plots larger than 100 square meters?

Once you have purchased a plot, you will receive a photograph of your specific plot of land.
 
What will the land be used for?
 
The land will be used for agricultural purposes
 
Can the land be used to build homes or other structures?
 
The land is designated as agricultural land and therefore cannot be used for building purposes.
 
 
What can be done with the land?
 
you will be able to plant trees , within the guidelines of Halacha and  thus entitle you to become part of the observance of the various mitzvoth that are connected to the land such as tithes, orla and shmitta.
 
Is there a limited timeframe for this purchase agreement?
 
The purchase is forever. ..
 
 
Is the land that is being sold private land?
 
Yes. The land is registered as private agricultura property in the official land registration.
 
Will I be required to pay taxes on this land?
 
No. There is a local property lax levied on the land but it is negligible (about 50 USD per 1000 square meters per year.) There will be no additional taxes on the land.
 
Which documents will I receive upon acquiring the land?
 
-         A certificate , establishing your ownership with your name or the name.
-         A photograph of the land.
-         A copy of the official purchase contract.
-         A map of the area to help you identify your plot on your next trip to Israel.
