The Centrality of Eretz Yisrael
From the very beginning of the Torah , throughout the Tanach and throughout all of Jewish learning, an inextricable link exists between our people and the Land of Israel. During the generations, various modes of conduct and communication have been employed to enable us to demonstrate our love for Eretz Yisrael.Today we are offered the ultimate opportunity- to own a piece of that land. For many, this comes in the form of living and working in Israel but for others that dream remains elusive. It is for those of you who are not yet in Israel but want to show your care and love for Eretz Yisrael that the EYAL Project has been designed.

Rabbi Nachman of Breslov, one of the greatest and most inspiring writers of recent generations wrote of the Land of Israel, “When we see that the entire Torah is filled with praise for the land and the central promise of G-d to our forefathers was to inherit the land, we must recognize that there is no greater principle that can exist in our minds than to recognize the praiseworthiness and holiness of this special land… And certainly if an individual would truly appreciate the vast true holiness that Eretz Yisrael represents, he would run as fast as he could to help the land flourish and there would be no preventing him from achieving this goal…"
Furthermore Rabbi Nachman writes “For every Jew there is a portion in the Land of Israel.”
